Dear Chris,

Thank you so much for all your time hard work and effort that's resulted in our brilliant loft conversion. We met over a year ago, and from that meeting we never looked back. Having thought a loft conversion may not be possible at first due to the roof height, you have held our hand and guided the process every step of the way, even taking off and raising the entire roof.
Kevin and I could not have asked for a more professional service, from the plans right through to the finished product. You have made numerous site visits before the start, helped us with our other DIY projects, and put us right at ease.
Having had you Liam and Adam in our home over the last few months its been an absolute pleasure. The banter was always amusing, you put up with my constant questions, not to mention changes which included adding another bedroom as the space we were going to add was so vast! Not bad considering we first thought it was not possible.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to others, having started this while I was pregnant to welcoming our new arrival you have been with our family through the most chaotic of times and I can honestly say it was a pleasure, you and the boys were always courteous, enormously accommodating so much so at times I hardly knew you were here, and very family friendly, working happily and tidily around a 9 year old and her friends a new baby, and even putting the stairs up early so I could get up and see what was going on, so as not to risk the ladder while pregnant! Not to mention feeding me as well and giving us a new baby card!!!
The finished product has transformed our home, the space is just vast and the quality of the workmanship is fantastic. We could not have asked to more, and are now on a drive to tidy up the rest of the house. Although I doubt we can achieve the same result as you!!!!
If anybody was looking for a family friendly, helpful, competent and reliable builder I would not hesitate to recommend you and the boys.
Thank you so much for putting up with us the last year, for all the changes, silly questions , for oiling our old squeaky doors and for more than accommodating me being home with a new baby taking noisy work outside etc I doubt a good many others would have been so helpful and finally for the fantastic finished product.
We are so so pleased with it and on a personal note I quite miss the friendly banter round the house now you have gone!!

A massive thank you for all the hard work and time you have put into out loft conversion and flat dormer, you have given the house a new lease of life. The extension looks fantastic and is a joy to live in, the workmanship is exceptional. You have worked around our family, and compromised without question when Ariana has been poorly or if it was just getting too much.
The pleasant banter between Liam and yourself was always entertaining, and could liven up any winters day. When unforeseen issues cropped up you kept us informed and worked away around them in the way that we had envisaged. Our waste of space hallway has now been turned into a wonderful space and you can now enjoy walking up and down the stairs! the ambience is completely different.
You have given us new ideas and refreshed our jaded view of DIY, to such an extent the only thing I can see is more decorating and DIY for the foreseeable future, however if it all looks like our finished extension space we will be ecstatic.
Thank you for putting up with tantrums, stupid questions, constant questions from a six year old and being available when things went slightly awry.
If anybody is in need of a reliable, trustworthy and family friendly building firm we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

Hi Chris
Thank you for the excellent job that you have completed in converting our loft into a wonderful new bedroom and en-suite. The project has run so smoothly from your planning through to completion and the building control sign-off last week. The new rooms and windows blend into the existing house so well that you'd never have guessed it was a late addition. There are so many wonderful features worth mentioning from the dormer window to the new staircase and the fitted wardrobes, but we're particularly pleased with the en-suite shower room. The finish is excellent and I'm just sorry that the tiles we picked were so thick and hard to work with! If any prospective customers ever need a reference or would like to visit and view your craftsmanship then please don't hesitate to ask.

'and just to finish on a high note, we are so PLEASED with what you have done, against all adversities, and you have always been so friendly and approachable, never minding if we ring you at all odd hours. I am sure that every project throws up unseen problems, and 74a has been no exception- but you always remained good natured and calm, which has filled us with confidence in you. It has been great having you around, and i know that Cameron will miss his "flatmate"! Thanks for everything, Chris. I hope that you will ask your future clients to ring us, so that we can give you a glowing reference. The carpet is going to hold up the moving-in for a week, but Georgina is very excited that at last she can live in the place she has dreamt of the last year!
